MEET FRANK BASKOCAK
DIRECTOR AND MANAGER
Frank Baskocak is the founder, director and manager of Invicta Homes. Having identified an issue in the building industry with reliability, and seeing people being treated unfairly and taken advantage of, Frank established Invicta Homes to deliver quality homes, within the agreed timeframe, that exceed our clients’ expectations.
As our director and customer relations manager, Frank takes charge of each build. All Invicta Homes clients deal directly with Frank, eliminating the need for clients to converse with the various trades, and assuring you of our complete accountability in all aspects of the build.
With a passion for building sustainable, off-grid homes, Franks’ goal is to eventually have every Invicta Homes build include solar and battery installations to minimise living expenses for the homeowners while taking care of the planet.
Frank is an experienced builder who holds a Cert IV in Building & Construction, is a qualified electrician and holds an unlimited domestic builder’s licence, which means he can build homes in Victoria and anywhere across Australia.
He enjoys being a part of the transformation of an empty block of land into a quality home, then seeing our valued clients happy as they enjoy their new home as their family grows and thrives in their new environment.
